In this video, we discus the concept of marketing and sales funnels, a step-by-step process guiding potential customers through their buying journey. There are three types of funnels:

  1. Macro-level or ADA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) which addresses customers at different buying stages differently.

  2. Multi-channel Marketing Funnel which involves follow-ups using various channels and media forms.

  3. Micro-level or On-page Sales Funnel which directly guides the customer through a sales process on a website or online platform.

The process involves identifying the ‘dream customer’, understanding their characteristics, determining where they are active online, and creating an attractive ‘bait’ to draw them into your business.
